Geraints Prang!!0

You may have heard, but then again perhaps you haven’t, Geraint Jones took a flyer on Sunday whilst training with some of the lads down Pen Llynn. The result required hospital treatment, which was  administered after a quick ride in the rear of the North Wales Police helicopter! Geraint is now back home and being cared for by his better half Awen, and nursing two cracked ribs, one broken rib and a puncture to one of his lungs. And before you ask, the bike is alright!! Geraint isn’t going to be out of action long, and hopes to be on his turbo trainer in two weeks and ready for his spring training camp in April. I’m sure everyone will join me in wishing him all the best and a quick return to cycling.
